4mystaff HR documentation
Setup guides for your team structure, time tracking, leave management and monthly hours reports.
Getting Started
Account, employees, org chart
Create your account, import employees (one by one or in bulk from CSV/Excel), and build your department org chart with unlimited nesting. Then set up shifts and work schedules for each team or employee.
Monthly hours reports
Worked hours, leave and absences per month
At the end of each month, validated time records, leave and absences are gathered into a monthly hours report per employee and per team. 4mystaff does not run payroll — the report is the hours record you hand over to whoever does.
Digital employee files
Employee records in one place
Each employee has a digital file holding their personal details, role, department, contract changes (hiring, role, suspension, termination) and documents, so HR and managers work from the same up-to-date record.
Time tracking calculations
Worked hours, overtime, night shifts
The time-tracking engine automatically computes worked hours, overtime, night/weekend premiums, and exceptions (late arrivals, early departures) based on planned shifts and actual attendance records.
Security & access
Roles and permissions
Roles and permissions control what each user can see and change — administrators, managers and employees each get access only to the data and actions their role needs.
Video tutorials
Step-by-step guides per module
Short video tutorials cover initial setup, adding employees, planning shifts, approving leave requests, and reading attendance reports — organized by user role (administrator, manager, employee).
