MyStaff keeps leave, shift planning, time tracking, digital staff records and the organisation chart in one place. This page sets out what you can bring into MyStaff and take out of it, and how it sits within the 4b2b ecosystem. MyStaff has no automatic sync with third-party tools.
Leave & shift calendar
Inside MyStaff
Approved leave and planned shifts appear in MyStaff's own team calendar, so managers can see each employee's availability in the same place where they plan the rota.
Leave requests & approvals
In the MyStaff panel
Employees submit leave requests in MyStaff and managers approve or reject them there, so the status of every request stays visible to both sides.
Data import & export
CSV / Excel files
Your staff list can be imported from a CSV or Excel file, and employee, leave and monthly hours data can be exported as files for your own records. MyStaff does not run payroll.
Time tracking
In the browser, on desktop or mobile
Employees record their working hours in MyStaff from a browser on a computer or phone, and the hours feed into the monthly hours reports managers review.
Roles & permissions
Access control
Roles and permissions control what each user can see and change, and the organisation chart shows who reports to whom across the company.
